Job Summary

Own end-to-end accounting for billing-to-cash processes supporting Universal+ affiliate partnerships and direct-to-consumer revenue under US GAAP for entities across the LatAm Hub and Spanish LatAm joint venture. Ensure accurate revenue entries, journal preparation/review, interco management, and partner reporting. Optimize revenue accounting processes, drive transformation for new DTC and partnership launches, and partner with Finance, Commercial, Product, and Data Insights teams based in Miami to improve controls, efficiency, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end revenue lifecycle for affiliate partnerships and DTC revenue, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
•Prepare and review US GAAP revenue journal entries, perform interco management, conduct P&L variance analysis, and support external partner reporting.
•Establish and optimize finance operations processes and reporting to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and support growth objectives.
•Drive business transformation by overseeing finance-related aspects of DTC and new partnership launches, including scalable process development and controls.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and provide financial analysis and insights (e.g., projections, cost analysis, ROI) to support profitability and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•CPA certification or completion of at least two of the four CPA exam sections (50%), with a plan to obtain CPA licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
•3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and financial modeling.
•Proficiency in ERP applications (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA) and Multidimensional Reporting (SAP BPC, BW/BI/AOE).
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
