Job Summary

Perform cosmetic reconditioning on used vehicles by carrying out paint touch-ups, wet sanding, buffing, and other advanced cosmetic repairs. Conduct cosmetic and final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet CarMax standards, identify defects, and determine repair methods. Support auction preparation and assist with moving vehicles on and off the lot while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

•Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
•Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing to restore vehicles to CarMax standards.
•Complete cosmetic and final quality inspections to ensure customer-ready standards.
•Identify defects and determine the best repair methods for optimal results.
•Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Salary: USD 23.23 hourly

•Read, interpret, and accurately record data for inventory and quality control.

•Be willing to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
