Job Summary

Provide analytical support to the compensation function across India, helping design and govern compensation programs. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and deliver evidence-based insights for decisions. Support market pricing and benchmarking using external survey data, maintain salary structures and compensation frameworks, and assist with annual compensation reviews, approvals, cost modeling, and compensation dataset accuracy for HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Compensation function across India in designing, implementing, administering, and governing compensation programs.
•Analyze compensation data to identify trends and produce actionable insights for evidence-based decisions.
•Support market pricing and benchmarking using external survey data.
•Prepare and analyze compensation datasets for merit, bonus, long-term incentive, and salary range, and assist with salary structures and pay ranges.
•Support annual compensation review processes, cost modeling/budget tracking, validation of recommendations against policy/approvals, and generate standard reports/dashboards for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•At least 4 to 6 years of relevant compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or data analysis experience.
•Experience supporting compensation activities such as market benchmarking, salary range analysis, annual compensation review, bonus/incentive processes, job evaluation, or job matching.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage, validate, and present data accurately.
•Strong analytical/numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality control across compensation outputs.
