Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate component systems into a product with all required capabilities across the full engineering lifecycle.
  • •Ensure engineering activities are planned and integrated effectively, delivered on time and to the correct quality.
  • •Engage with customers to understand needs and translate them into clear engineering requirements.
  • •Influence platform-level engineering activities by bringing sub-systems together as an effective system of systems.
  • •Support platform level and early lifecycle work, including programmes such as FCAS, Eurofighter Typhoon, or FalconWorks.

Key Requirements

  • •Have obtained (or be predicted to obtain) a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Aerospace Engineering, any Engineering subject, or any STEM subject.
  • •Use engineering knowledge to solve problems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Manage projects holistically while developing deeper technical understanding of the products you’ll work on.
  • •Work with teams across the wider organisation to mature advanced engineering solutions to support decision making and risk reduction.
  • •Use systems engineering techniques to define and develop whole product architecture.
