Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the attending physician for patients in each assigned SNF and oversee clinical supervision with NPs/PAs.
  • •Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
  • •Collaborate with the care team to manage daily patient care and participate in quality initiatives such as Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring.
  • •Utilize the clinic’s technology to document and guide care (EHR, AI Scribe, UpToDate).
  • •Contribute to provider incentive plans and participate in ongoing professional development and licensure reimbursement.
