Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in Biological Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in a clinical lab environment, with knowledge in molecular diagnostics preferred.
  • •Current California State CLS or CGMBS license (Clinical Genetics Molecular Biologist Scientist).
  • •Eligible for delegation as CAP General Supervisor and NYSDOH supervisor.
  • •Ability to manage and develop a high-performing group of employees.
