Mortgage Junior Loan Officer

Originate residential real estate loans by developing leads from Realtors, contractors, referrals, and inbound walk-ins/calls. Ensure each loan is correctly set up in the bank’s system and processed for submission to underwriting, while supporting growth through open houses and community events. Participate in Realtor/Builder association meetings, attend closing appointments as needed, and comply with bank policies, security requirements, and federal and state lending regulations.
