Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain full understanding of current HSES policies, procedures, and training needs, ensuring training is delivered for themselves and their teams.
  • •Interpret regulatory requirements, monitor compliance, and ensure correct manning for HSES activities.
  • •Prepare HSES audit plans and conduct audits; prepare and maintain HSES Activity Plans.
  • •Set annual targets and improvement plans, develop plans to meet objectives, targets, and goals, and provide HSES performance reports to the HSES Functional Lead.
  • •Lead or participate as SME in incident investigations, facilitate HAZID and other risk reviews, and provide input to Management of Change and Lessons Learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in an HSES-related field.
  • •Over 8–9 years of HSE experience within the Energy Industry.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001).
  • •Ability to lead and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, working both as a team member and team leader.
