Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall delivery of a major infrastructure construction supervision/PMCM project in Jeddah, providing strategic direction, leadership, and governance across project functions.
  • •Act as the senior representative for the consultant/PMCM team and the primary interface with the client and key stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations and programme objectives.
  • •Oversee construction supervision activities, ensuring contractors meet contract obligations, approved drawings/specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • •Oversee programme controls and commercial management, including schedule, cost, risk, change, reporting, performance, and governance for contract administration and claims.
  • •Champion HSE and quality compliance, and lead/mentor a large multidisciplinary project team to drive performance across multiple workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • •20+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, construction supervision, PMCM, or programme management.
  • •Proven leadership of major infrastructure programmes across the Middle East, ideally Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
  • •Strong construction supervision and PMCM delivery experience for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary construction programmes with multiple contractors and stakeholders (including senior director-level programme leadership).
