Job Summary

Lead the establishment and scaling of BYD/Denza accessories and service products across Saudi Arabia, owning the accessories category end-to-end P&L. Build the operating model, portfolio, and aftersales service programs that drive recurring revenue, customer retention, and aftersales margin. Develop multi-year strategy and annual operating plans, manage vendor ecosystems through KPIs and negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally across aftersales, sales, marketing, supply chain, and brand to support the new energy vehicle launch program.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a multi-year accessories and service products strategy for BYD/Denza in Saudi Arabia, aligned with brand positioning and aftersales ambitions.
•Establish the accessories operating model from scratch, including governance, processes, pricing architecture, channel strategy, and performance management.
•Build the annual operating plan covering sales volumes, revenue, gross margin, inventory, and investment plans; define the long-term growth roadmap.
•Develop and launch service product programs and a competitive accessories portfolio (genuine OEM, locally sourced, and bundled value packages), managing the full product lifecycle.
•Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage a vendor/supplier ecosystem, including commercial negotiations and KPI-based performance management; deliver sales and gross margin targets through ongoing P&L monitoring and reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field; MBA/postgraduate in Business or Commercial Management is an added advantage.
•9–15 years of progressive experience in Automotive Accessories, Service Product Development, or Aftersales Commercial Management in an OEM, distributor, or large dealership group.
•Track record owning and delivering an Accessories P&L, including revenue, gross margin, and attachment rate targets.
•Hands-on experience building accessory portfolios from concept to launch, including local vendor ecosystem development.
•Proven experience managing local/regional and international accessory suppliers, with strong knowledge of Saudi/Gulf customer preferences.
