Job Summary

Drive customer success and new business for enterprise clients in Malaysia by leveraging GenAI and/or Cloud solutions. Own onboarding, training, support, adoption, advocacy, and retention across a dedicated client portfolio, and work with the broader team to strengthen the customer lifecycle. Partner with sales on cross-sell and upsell, provide feedback that informs the product roadmap, and maintain customer success platforms to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive customer success outcomes for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health scores.
•Manage onboarding, training, support, and retention for a designated client portfolio.
•Collaborate with the wider team to define and improve customer lifecycle processes.
•Identify and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
•Provide feedback to the business and product teams to help define the product roadmap and manage customer success platforms.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development with AI/LLM or Cloud products in Malaysia.
•Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
•Understanding of the client base and the challenges they face.
•Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
•Analytical and process-oriented mindset with SaaS or PaaS technology experience.
