Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Content Risk Evaluation Specialists by managing, mentoring, and setting strategic direction for risk identification and mitigation.
•Translate policy and regulations into actionable guidelines and oversee a case database to ensure consistent judgments across scenarios.
•Monitor UGC and PGC ecosystems to identify explicit, implicit, and borderline content risks, and extract risk characteristics.
•Lead rapid response to emergent content safety events, prioritizing actions and driving cross-functional resolution and process optimization.
•Produce data-driven risk assessment reports and collaborate with algorithm and data science teams to close the judgment–data–model feedback loop and improve handling of edge cases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher (Law, Journalism, or related fields preferred).
•At least 2 years of team management experience, with ability to guide and develop talent in a fast-paced risk environment.
•Strong background in content safety, policy development, or risk management with authoritative judgment in ambiguous, complex scenarios.
•Strong abstraction skills to translate case insights into systematic frameworks and deliver high-quality data products for an AI data foundation.
•Strong English communication plus required Mandarin proficiency for daily liaison with the China team.
