Key Responsibilities

•Handle collections activities via phone or email and respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing details
•Maintain accurate records and report on collection activity; submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress
•Assist in other areas of Finance as requested and exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
•Address customer issues and complaints relating to billing and research account inquiries as needed
•Work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and ensure confidentiality of information

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of collections/AR or in customer service
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English and Dutch (B2+ level)
•Organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
•Understanding of consumer collection policies and practices preferred
•Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
