Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and report to assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director, interacting frequently with owner/client, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
  • •Assist in managing, coordinating, and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, and closeout items.
  • •Communicate conceptual designs and maintain architectural elements’ Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications.
  • •Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process and review/design RFPs while coordinating meetings and handling multiple fast-paced projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in construction project coordination (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Architectural background with experience in design, architecture, and civil works.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite; strong presentation skills in a client-facing role.
