Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and validate AI Agent investigations for accuracy, completeness, and risk
  • •Correlate data from multiple sources to build a full picture of malicious activity
  • •Investigate malicious activity responses and understand risk prevented for customers
  • •Use AI Agents to hunt, detect, remediate threats, and contribute detections back into the product
  • •Assist with customer threat monitoring, triage, prioritization of alerts, and incident response

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in cyber security operations
  • •Hands-on experience investigating alerts across multiple sources (endpoint, network, identity, email, cloud, etc.)
  • •Strong security monitoring tool knowledge (XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, IDP, etc.)
  • •Data querying experience with SIEM querying technologies (SPL, KQL, FQL, SQL, etc.) and familiarity with log/telemetry concepts
  • •Working knowledge of attack techniques and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK) plus incident triage methodologies
