  • •Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with other site leaders.
  • •Develop and execute site-specific goals and objectives with aligned execution.
  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and work with planning/scheduling to address route issues and deficiencies.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Ensure workplace safety standards (including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks) and timely communication with internal teams.
