Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, visitor management, public address, fire alarm, structured cabling, fiber optics, BMS, security management, emergency communication, SCADA, VESDA, and data network infrastructure.
  • •Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, monitor system health and performance trends, and minimize downtime with timely corrective actions.
  • •Respond to ELV alarms and critical incidents; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and field device issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • •Support commissioning, expansion, and modification projects by reviewing ELV drawings, submittals, and technical specifications and participating in FAT/SAT and system acceptance testing.
  • •Coordinate with Facilities, Security, IT, EHS, Construction, and Operations teams; manage contractors and service agreements and conduct vendor performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience in ELV systems operation and maintenance within semiconductor, data center, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or commercial facilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in operating and maintaining ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, fiber optics, BMS, SCADA, and security systems.
  • •Ability to develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, monitor system health, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures.
  • •Experience with commissioning and project work, including FAT/SAT, acceptance testing, and reviewing ELV drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
