Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Be flexible with the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Use a team-first approach and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Move merchandise using appropriate equipment and place items on shelves and racks.
  • •Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be able to stand and move continuously for at least 8 hours per shift.
