Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage allocated customer key accounts and/or projects to ensure completion on schedule and within cost.
  • •Oversee accounts from project planning through contractual delivery obligations, including project close-out.
  • •Coordinate timely communications between customer and the company through contract and any warranty period.
  • •Monitor contractual documentation and project expenditure, investigate variances, and implement remedial measures as needed.
  • •Prepare project milestone and completion reporting for on-time invoicing, negotiate variations, and complete final project reports and workbooks on time.
  • •Support proposals by preparing Gantt charts and estimations for the tendering group.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an Engineering-based Bachelor of Science degree or HND.
  • •Have a Project Management qualification.
  • •Have experience in an engineering environment.
  • •Have experience with controls products (BRUSH/Baker Hughes tools is an advantage).
  • •Have good project management experience dealing with customers and using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).
