Materials Team Leader

Coordinate day-to-day activities for an assigned materials team to achieve established objectives. Lead employees and materials, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training are accomplished. Manage inventory, planning and delegation, troubleshoot issues on the line, escalate as needed, and train team members on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, standard work, and NCMS-related practices, tools, and communication.
