Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver production, shop, and as-built drawings within project timelines based on site measurements and coordination.
  • •Address design challenges by proposing solutions that ensure functionality and manufacturability.
  • •Create and update architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components as needed.
  • •Coordinate with contractors so construction aligns with technical drawings, and ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
  • •Maintain drawing/document organization and support onsite material testing, weekly progress reporting, and technical submittal closeouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop and plan drawings and sketches for manufacturing and construction.
  • •Create architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with technical specifications.
  • •Ensure drawings and designs follow site measurements and coordination, and comply with relevant building codes and standards.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Ability to maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving technical drawings and design documents.
