Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end development of well-scoped ML problems from building through training, deployment, and iteration.
  • •Build and train models for creative understanding across vision, video, and language.
  • •Create labels and features from LLMs, subject-matter experts, and user activity data.
  • •Deliver scalable pipelines for ingestion, featurization, training, versioning, and inference.
  • •Validate models with offline benchmarks and online A/B tests, and operate production ML on Spark, Kubernetes, and GPU/CPU environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years (or equivalent impact).
  • •Shipped ML models to production and can demonstrate measurable results for a product or business.
  • •Strong Python and PyTorch for model development and deployment.
  • •Experience with deep learning across vision, video, NLP, or generative AI (LLM/VLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or RAG).
  • •End-to-end ML systems including feature engineering, training pipelines, inference, and production monitoring.
