Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer HR policies and procedures and process human resource documentation, including I-9 compliance and employee records.
  • •Assist with HR compliance audits, preparing correspondence as requested, and maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
  • •Answer routine employee HR questions and provide resources through HR Shared Services (including FMLA, LOA, ADA, and Workday resources).
  • •Support employee engagement by coordinating facility-level recognition events and HR-led activities to strengthen morale and relationships.
  • •Assist with orientation, perform exit interviews and gather feedback, and regularly visit the production floor to support a safe and respectful environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience organizing, staying flexible, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to work with all levels of an organization and manage-up effectively.
  • •Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements.
  • •Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact; strong written and verbal communication skills.
