Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using data across many equipment makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete, timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.

  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive construction equipment knowledge and schematics/diagrams understanding.

  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
