•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, development, product) to bridge the gap from ad creative to product adoption.
•Develop and mentor the PMM team, creating opportunities for ongoing growth and professional development.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Management
•Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
•Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to work with data to inform strategy
•Deep understanding of audience psychology and how to tailor messaging and positioning
•Experience building scalable, repeatable acquisition funnels and market research to identify growth opportunities
