Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
  • •Perform advanced EV repairs at partner locations and service centers.
  • •Maintain a high level of knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and general EV systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures and use the appropriate software suite to document customer interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • •ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) are required.
  • •Experience diagnosing and repairing high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and electric vehicle powertrains.
  • •Comfort working independently and as part of a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary DMS software; EPA 609 Certification required.
