Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources.
  • •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management and internal teams.
  • •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across guest engagement, operations, sales, and business performance.
  • •Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and perform data quality checks.
  • •Collaborate with Guest Services, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role (preferred).
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (advantage).
