Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a 12-month Field Applications Engineer track with three rotations and an international headquarter experience.
  • •In the Field Sales Office rotation, work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and support system-level solutions.
  • •In the Mass Market rotation, help scale actions across customers and learn scalable selling techniques and decision-making.
  • •In the Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing rotation, learn system-level component fit and technical product selection, including schematic/layout capture and PCB bring-up.
  • •As a Field Applications Engineer, use sales tools and customer relationships to identify projects and provide proactive proposals for complete system-level solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • •Fluent in local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • •Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components
  • •Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing)
  • •Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills
