Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end accounting for long-lived assets including fixed asset and lease subledgers, depreciation/amortization, and monthly roll-forwards.
  • •Advise stakeholders on capitalization policy (capitalize vs. expense) and review capital spend requests for compliance.
  • •Execute capitalization of software assets in alignment with ASC 350.
  • •Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules for long-lived asset accounts.
  • •Prepare timely reconciliations and investigate/resolve variances; improve systems and operational processes and maintain controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Fixed asset accounting experience is required.
  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • •3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
