Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate ideas, develop concepts, and create detailed mechanical designs for new products and product enhancements.
  • •Perform hand calculations, tolerance analysis, and GD&T stack‑up in alignment with ASME Y14.5 standards.
  • •Apply strong engineering fundamentals to address design, manufacturing, and performance challenges.
  • •Provide CAD design support using Solid Edge or SolidWorks for NPD and Sustenance projects.
  • •Drive cost‑reduction and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining product performance and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in mechanical design, product development, or sustenance engineering roles.
  • •Working knowledge of CAD tools, with preference for Solid Edge; SolidWorks experience is valued.
  • •Understanding of casting, plastic, and/or forging design considerations.
  • •Familiarity with GD&T concepts and ASME Y14.5 standards.
