Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a forklift to drive material routes and maintain proper flow, distribution, and accuracy of materials and supplies for Clutch/Manufacturing departments.
  • •Validate and verify material and quantities; escalate inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • •Assist during changeover preparation by communicating with Operators/Lead and pulling materials ahead of changeover activities.
  • •Use forklift communication systems (FCS/Oracle/WMS) to support manufacturing and inventory accuracy; submit help desk tickets for related IT issues.
  • •Perform forklift safety audits, maintain maintenance records, follow safety/quality/environmental procedures, support 5S/housekeeping, and unload/load trucks as scheduled.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Prior experience operating fork trucks or other powered industrial vehicles; must pass a forklift examination and operate safely.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •No relocation available; must currently reside within 50 miles of the Kings Mountain, NC facility.
  • •Preferred: experience with inventory/manufacturing software such as Excel, Oracle, FCS, and WMS.
