Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate safety regulations and codes of practice into actionable product requirements and design principles in partnership with Legal.
  • •Evaluate safety system performance and recommend improvements based on technical understanding of detection and effectiveness metrics.
  • •Write compliance reports, compliance narratives, internal documentation, and external-facing disclosures.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional alignment across product, legal, enforcement ops, and data science on safety system design and obligations.
  • •Monitor evolving regional safety regulations and assess implications for products and policies, including contributing to regulator briefings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product policy, or regulatory compliance with product-facing exposure.

  • •Excellent writing and reasoning skills to produce clear, structured documentation on complex topics.
