Job Summary

Greet and assist venue guests by answering questions and promoting/upselling available amenities and VIP offerings for each show. Work with the Ancillary Supervisor to determine what promotions are offered and how they’re communicated. Handle ticket/pass authenticity checks, cash and credit card transactions, and shift close-out and inventory counts. Provide extra support during peak periods and complete additional tasks as assigned, with evening and weekend availability.

•Examine tickets or passes for authenticity and handle cash/credit card transactions per audit guidelines.
•Complete shift close-out with a supervisor and count inventory before the start and after the show.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 2 years in guest service and communications preferred.
•Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
•Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
