Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee fulfillment operations across receiving, shipping, storage/distribution, and logistics.
  • •Direct activities, coach associates and leads, and work with the team to ensure maximum productivity.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SQF policies/procedures and adherence to PPE/hygiene requirements.
  • •Perform internal audits and address nonconformities by following up on and closing preventive and corrective action requests.
  • •Create and implement processes/procedures, relay the quality philosophy, and provide employees with tools, training, and corrective direction.
