Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians by providing technical advice and guidance.
  • •Schedule, organize, and dispatch HVAC Field Technicians; assist the Service Manager with hiring/firing recommendations.
  • •Maintain vehicles by keeping records of service manuals and scheduling/completing repair and maintenance services.
  • •Partner with the Project Manager to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, anticipating difficulties, and coordinating materials and work.
  • •Evaluate area safety needs and help implement safety policies, procedures, and training for technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with an HVAC certificate (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Data center experience preferred, including familiarity with L2–L5 project phases.
  • •Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
  • •EPA approved Universal Technician Certification and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
