Job Summary

Supervise HVAC Field Technicians supporting mission-critical data centers and high-reliability facilities. Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and startup of advanced HVAC systems to maximize uptime, using expertise in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, mechanical layouts, and pipe fitting. Coordinate with internal teams and customers on installations and retrofits, provide technical training and safety guidance, and manage on-site planning and dispatcher activities while handling overnight travel as needed.

•Schedule, organize, and dispatch HVAC Field Technicians; assist the Service Manager with hiring/firing recommendations.
•Maintain vehicles by keeping records of service manuals and scheduling/completing repair and maintenance services.
•Partner with the Project Manager to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, anticipating difficulties, and coordinating materials and work.
•Evaluate area safety needs and help implement safety policies, procedures, and training for technicians.

•Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with an HVAC certificate (or equivalent education and experience).
•Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with systems-level knowledge.

•Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
•EPA approved Universal Technician Certification and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
