  • •Manage assigned projects as the project/program manager and establish project objectives and policies.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.
  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings to align project stakeholders and ensure delivery against design, budget, and schedule.
  • •Guide projects through feasibility, preliminary/detailed design, issue-for-bid, construction, start-up, and commissioning; run milestone design reviews.
  • •Support proposal capture/business development, including identifying opportunities, determining project fees, writing proposals, leading client presentations, and contract negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6 years of relevant project management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Project management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated success working in a remote team environment.
