Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general management, oversight, QA/QC, contract administration, and management support personnel for the TMC program.
  • •Be available during off-duty hours to assist operations staff and provide on-call coverage 24/7/365 for emergencies and operational problems.
  • •Participate in on-site and off-site meetings, building and maintaining relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • •Manage staff administration, performance, and oversight, including performance measurement, management, and reporting.
  • •Lead implementation and oversight of client policies/directives and conduct data analytics (including economic and system evaluation), reporting daily and producing weekly/monthly reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •12+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in TMC operations with at least 5 years of project management experience in TMC/traffic/emergency operations and transportation systems management and operations (TSMO).
  • •At least 4 years of project management experience on projects with a net worth of at least $5M.
  • •Experience supervising a minimum of twenty-five employees.
