Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard new customers end-to-end using established discovery frameworks and project plans, guiding setup, integrations, and change management with AI-assisted workflows.
•Monitor and improve account health by tracking utilization, feature adoption, and stakeholder engagement, executing standard plays and recovery plans as needed.
•Map and optimize core customer workflows (IER) using templates and best practices, documenting configurations and recommendations.
•Lead AI-enabled enablement and automation initiatives, configuring standard AI workflows, training customers, and tracking AI usage against plan.
•Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, driving expansion signals and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals and AI-driven upsells.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a customer-facing or technical role in SaaS or enterprise software
•Strong ability to translate business needs into ClickUp configurations and workflows
•Experience with onboarding and adoption programs, process mapping, and change management
•Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows, automation, and analytics to drive customer outcomes
•Excellent communication, executive presence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
