Key Responsibilities

  • •Fit and weld product to specification.
  • •Read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings and weld parts in the proper orientation using hand-held MIG torch or robotic welding equipment.
  • •Acquire skills to operate and program robotic welding systems for high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Ensure welded parts meet blueprint requirements.
  • •Support other assigned duties such as material handling and housekeeping, including safety committee activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •At least 1 year of welding experience (preferred).

  • •Ability to use measuring equipment and lift up to 40 lbs.
