Lead Zurich’s Marine underwriting strategy and portfolio performance across Europe, driving profitable growth, portfolio optimisation, and underwriting excellence. Use data, analytics, performance metrics, and market insights to identify opportunities and risks, monitor trends and regulatory developments, and adjust strategy accordingly. Partner with Claims, Risk Engineering, Distribution, and other stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes, while managing key client and broker relationships and supporting underwriting training and capability development across the region.
