Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design of observability solutions across hosting infrastructure, applications, network, databases, and related components.
  • •Evaluate emerging products via research and proof of concepts and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
  • •Guide solution architects and technical teams to implement architecture blueprints and roadmaps for observability pipelines and unified observability solutions using commercial and open-source tools and in-house services.
  • •Architect and implement AIOps solutions to reduce MTTR and MTTD to avoid brand impact from system outages.
  • •Plan and execute highly parallel distributed object storage transformations and migrations, while also leading vendor governance and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (or related field) plus 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Principal Software Engineer, Application Architect, Technical Architect, Consultant, Computer System Engineer, or related role.
  • •7+ years implementing mainframe modernization initiatives using distributed architectures for large-scale, high-performance environments.
  • •Experience conceiving and crafting core banking solutions for financial institutions.
  • •7+ years using microservices architecture, including CQRS, event sourcing, and domain-driven design (DDD), to build scalable and resilient systems.
  • •Experience with container technologies (Docker; Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher) and advanced monitoring/profiling tools such as Java Mission Control (JMC) and Java Flight Recorder (JFR), including Java profiling tools.
