Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities under general supervision, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting/disconnecting hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery, controlling and monitoring load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and monitor/maintain quality of inventory, including proper recordkeeping.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and housekeeping, including grounds maintenance such as snow removal, and report customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns.
