Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and data challenges, and develop data governance strategies aligned to their needs.
  • •Design thought leadership and establish data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks for privacy and security of data assets.
  • •Build and scale the data governance capability using PoVs, accelerators, and frameworks alongside team members.
  • •Execute projects across data governance, data quality, data privacy, and metadata management across people, process, and technology.
  • •Promote data governance awareness with client stakeholders and participate in governance meetings and committees to continuously improve policies and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree with experience in the Information Technology field.
  • •8-12 years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, or related areas.
  • •Solid understanding of data governance best practices, data quality management, data privacy regulations, and data security principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, or Alation, and data privacy tools such as OneTrust or BigID.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.
