Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and own the technical roadmap for expanding the Issuing proposition globally, translating business goals into technical plans.
  • •Act as a technical leader and domain expert for Issuing, shaping design and solutions and speaking for the product across the organization and to customers.
  • •Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing engineering team, managing performance and professional development.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers to manage project goals, timelines, technical debt, and engineering best practices.
  • •Maintain a strong product mindset, understand client needs and market landscape, and propose features to shape product direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,000 - 293,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to build, retain, and constructively grow high-performance engineering teams.
  • •High technical bar with in-depth knowledge of how to build and scale API-based financial services; comfortable discussing decisions with Senior+ engineers; experience with Java, Postgres, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elastic.
  • •Strong execution skills including effective communication and stakeholder management; ability to solve problems and deliver results.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple teams and external partners; strong influencing and strategic thinking skills.
  • •Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver a delightful customer experience.
