Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion programme vision and deliver major complex capital programmes across the full lifecycle, including business case development and benefits realisation.
  • •Provide executive leadership across multidisciplinary teams; establish programme management and control frameworks with clear governance and accountability.
  • •Influence C-suite stakeholders through structured stakeholder engagement, securing alignment with Boards, steering groups, investors, and partners.
  • •Maintain commercial and financial stewardship: forecasting, reporting, investment controls, value management, and commission management.
  • •Lead risk strategy and health & safety leadership by implementing programme-wide risk management, assurance, and compliance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering high-profile, large-scale, complex transformation/real estate programmes (£250-£500m+) with tangible benefits and outcomes.
  • •Strong project delivery background progressing into programme leadership within a construction environment.
  • •Experience leading and integrating large multidisciplinary teams across project management, controls, technical, and commercial functions.
  • •Strong understanding of construction project delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •People management experience, including coaching and developing talent, plus health and safety understanding (including CDM and Building Safety Act).
