Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and standards.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and workflows to minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
  • •Allocate resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) efficiently to meet maintenance objectives, manage costs, and maximize productivity.
  • •Ensure safe working practices by leading by example, conducting safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • •Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, maintain records (work orders, equipment logs, inventory), and coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and spare parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant maintenance experience (2 years GCC plus).
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical, electrical, or other relevant technical systems and equipment.
  • •Proven leadership and management skills to supervise, motivate, and delegate tasks to maintenance teams.
  • •Ability to analyze complex maintenance issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support maintenance operations and reporting.
