Job Summary

Own the Global Custody product commercial book and pricing, building and managing client relationships and driving change requests. Partner with Custody product design and delivery to deliver measurable outcomes, while collaborating globally across sales, operations, business management, and risk stakeholders. Define product strategy and roadmap, support RFPs and due diligence for new business and protection of existing revenue, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Custody product commercial book and pricing, including custody commercial models and finance reporting.
•Build and manage client relationships and lead product engagement/presentation with clients.
•Define and drive product strategy and roadmap in partnership with Custody product design and delivery.
•Contribute to OKRs and client benefits measurement to support custody vision and strategy (growth, innovation, scalability, digitization).
•Support new business RFPs and due diligence, ensure compliance with regulatory/legal requirements, and mitigate operational, reputational, and financial risks through stakeholder cooperation.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of custody and securities services, including exposure to digital, innovation, and technology relevant to the business.
•Experience in client engagement, product management, product governance, and risk management.
•Proven track record managing change and implementing product controls while actively managing multiple stakeholders.
•Strong documentation capability, including publishing updates and writing product documentation and thought leadership.
•Strategic leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a pressurised, global environment.
