Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify outcomes for timely patient care delivery and adjust care as needed based on health outcomes vs. goals.
  • •Provide patient assessment to determine normal vs. abnormal signs, symptoms, behaviors, and reactions.
  • •Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including medication administration and implementation of preventive or rehabilitative plans.
  • •Perform procedures such as skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiating peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan, implement, and document care in accordance with standardized procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver nursing care in an effective and safe manner under guidance of a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •5–7 years of relevant work experience with 10 years total work experience.
  • •1 year of GCC experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
