Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product execution for one or more AI capabilities, including roadmap, PRFAQs/PRDs, launch, adoption, and iteration after launch.
  • •Work backwards from customer needs and validate with named enterprise customers; write PRFAQs before engineering starts.
  • •Partner with engineering shoulder-to-shoulder by being technically credible and holding PRD standards through to launch quality, scope, and timing.
  • •Run design partner and customer engagement programs; capture customer voice and build named reference customers for public proof points.
  • •Collaborate across product org (Core Database, Capella, Analytics, Mobile & Edge, AI Specialist team) and support sales/GTM enablement in deals where technical depth matters.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in product management, with at least 3 on a technical platform (database, data infrastructure, developer tools, or AI infrastructure).
  • •Technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure including vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, model serving, context engineering, and interoperability standards.
  • •Customer obsession and working-backwards rigor; write PRFAQs before code and make clear build vs. defer tradeoff decisions for the enterprise ICP.
  • •Engineering credibility and cross-functional trust: decisive on scope, can hold conversations on architecture, and earns confidence from engineering, sales, GTM, and marketing.
  • •Hands-on experience with frontier AI models (APIs, code-generation tools, MCP, agent frameworks); Anthropic Claude stack experience strongly preferred.
