•Develop understanding of operational rhythms, challenges, and goals across Corporate Governance, Litigation, Antitrust, and Brand Protection.
•Lead development and execution of long-range planning and department priorities aligned to Legal and Cisco goals.
•Translate legal and technical work into business-centric narratives for Finance, Operations, and stakeholders; connect legal risk management to financial performance.
•Lead annual and quarterly FY planning, facilitate strategic discussions, and supervise progress reporting with actionable insights to the SVP and ELT.
•Develop and maintain dashboards, drive executive communications, and build a knowledge management framework to support reorganizations and succession planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,400 - 191,600 annually

•Experience designing, testing, launching, implementing, and supporting workflow processes and tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for concise executive briefings.
•Strong interest and experience in AI tools.
